Stap in de wereld van Escher. Dat kan letterlijk in\u00a0Escher \u2013 Andere wereld\u00a0in Kunstmuseum Den Haag. In deze tentoonstelling beleef je het werk van Escher als nooit tevoren. Zijn beroemde prenten, waarin optische illusies, onmogelijke architectuur, reflectie en natuur centraal staan, worden hier gecombineerd met spectaculaire installaties van het Belgische kunstenaarsduo Gijs Van Vaerenbergh. De wisselwerking tussen Eschers prenten en de ruimtelijke installaties van Gijs Van Vaerenbergh cre\u00ebert zowel een unieke beleving als een uitdieping van Eschers werk. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The exhibition will run from 18th of February till the 10th September 2023 at the Kunstmuseum Den Haag.<\/p>\n

Maurits Cornelis Escher<\/strong> (1898-1972) is one of the world\u2019s most famous graphic artists. His art is enjoyed by millions of people all over the world, as can be seen on the many web sites on the internet. He is most famous for his so-called impossible constructions, such as Ascending and Descending, Relativity, his Transformation Prints, such as Metamorphosis I, Metamorphosis II and Metamorphosis III, Sky & Water I or Reptiles. But he also made some wonderful, more realistic work during the time he lived and traveled in Italy.<\/p>\n<\/div>
